Since these services involve time, planning, creativity, and customized work, refunds are not automatically available once work has started.

For WordPress and eCommerce website projects, the refund eligibility may depend on the project’s current stage, including planning, design, development, content integration, testing, and delivery.
Once substantial development work has been completed or the final website has been delivered, refunds may not be available.
6. Digital Marketing & SEO Services
SEO and digital marketing are ongoing services where results can depend on multiple factors, including competition, search engine algorithms, market conditions, and the client’s website.
Therefore, Web ON Digital does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, leads, or sales unless a specific written agreement states otherwise.
Payments for completed or ongoing marketing work are generally non-refundable.
7. Graphic Design & Video Editing
Customized graphic designs, branding materials, promotional videos, and other creative work are produced according to the client’s requirements.
Once the requested work has been completed or delivered, refunds may not be available. Where revisions are included in the agreed package, we will work with the client to make reasonable adjustments.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, content, images, branding materials, and feedback when required.
Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, or changes requested by the client may affect the project timeline and do not automatically qualify for a refund.
