💼 Refund Policy for Digital Services
Our digital services include website development, Shopify stores, SEO, marketing, and graphics. Refunds for these services follow the structure below:
Before Work Starts
A full refund can be claimed if cancellation occurs before any work begins, excluding any minimal transaction charges.
After Work Begins
Once our team starts the project, full refunds are not applicable. However, we offer revisions to meet client expectations.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
No refund is available if the client changes their mind after partial or full delivery. Delays due to incomplete input from the client also void refund eligibility. Cancelled projects after commencement are also non-refundable.
Custom Packages
Custom or discounted service packages are non-refundable once the project is confirmed and initiated.
🎓 Refund Policy for Training Programs (Online & Physical)
We offer flexible learning options both online and physically. In case of cancellation or dissatisfaction, the refund terms are as follows:
Refund Eligibility
You can request a refund within 3 days of enrollment, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the online course or attended the first physical session.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not applicable after 3 days of enrollment or if more than 20% of the training has been accessed or attended.
Batch Cancellation by Web ON Digital
If we cancel a training batch due to any reason, we will offer either a full refund or shift you to another suitable batch.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.
